By participating in Imoova's affiliate program, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Program Overview

1.1 Commission Structure

• Commission rates: $20 AUD per completed vehicle relocation
• Payment schedule: Monthly payments within 60 days of month-end via PayPal

1.2 Payment Terms

• Payments processed via PayPal
• Commissions earned on completed vehicle relocations only
• Cancelled or disputed relocations will result in commission clawback

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Brand Bidding Restrictions

STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, or use our brand name, trademark, or any variation thereof in paid search advertising including but not limited to:

• Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any search engine marketing
• Bidding on brand terms: "Imoova", "Imoova.com" or misspellings
• Using brand terms in ad copy, display URLs, or landing pages

2.2 Self-Referral Fraud

• Affiliates cannot use their own affiliate links to make purchases
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Affiliate cannot make purchases through the Affiliate's link
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent this rule is prohibited

2.3 Coupon Code Misuse

• Affiliate-specific coupon codes are for the Affiliate's exclusive use
• Sharing, posting, or distributing coupon codes on coupon sites, forums, or public platforms is prohibited
• Codes may only be shared with the Affiliate's direct audience through approved channels

2.4 Credit Card Fraud

• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods is strictly prohibited
• Artificial transaction generation to inflate commissions is forbidden
• Suspicious purchase patterns will be investigated and may result in immediate termination

2.5 Content and Brand Representation

• Affiliates may not promote our products alongside objectionable, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Adult content, hate speech, violence, or discriminatory material is prohibited
• Misleading claims about our products or services are not permitted
• Spam or unsolicited email marketing is prohibited

2.6 Gaming and Manipulation

• Manipulation of tracking systems or affiliate tokens is prohibited
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or artificial traffic generation is forbidden
• Creating fake accounts or using bots to generate referrals is prohibited

3. Approved Marketing Methods

3.1 Permitted Activities

• Content marketing through blogs, websites, social media
• Email marketing to opted-in subscribers
• Organic social media promotion
• Video content and reviews (with honest opinions)
• Webinars and educational content

3.2 Required Disclosures

• All affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed per FTC guidelines
• Use phrases like "This post contains affiliate links" or "I earn a commission from purchases"
• Disclosures must be prominent and clear to your audience

4. Application and Approval Process

4.1 Application Requirements

• Complete application with accurate information
• Provide details about promotional methods and audience
• Submit website/social media profiles for review
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions

4.2 Approval Rights

• We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion
• Approval may be revoked at any time for violations of these terms
• We may request additional information or clarification during review

5. Monitoring and Compliance

5.1 Performance Monitoring

• We actively monitor affiliate performance and promotional methods
• Suspicious activity patterns will be investigated
• Advanced fraud detection tools are employed to protect program integrity

5.2 Compliance Checks

• Regular audits of affiliate promotional activities
• Monitoring of search engine results for brand bidding violations
• Review of traffic sources and conversion patterns
